What to Eat to Keep Your Chakras Strong

There are seven chakras that go through your whole body from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. This energy can be strong and moving or it can be blocked. When your chakras are blocked, it can cause depression, anxiety, sickness, tiredness and more.

There are different ways to balance your chakras and to make sure that your energy is flowing like it should. One of the ways to do this is by eating healthy. Your chakras are all associated with colors and so it is easy to find foods to eat that can make each of the chakras strong and healthy.

Foods have different colors and can carry vibrations that can help the chakras of the same color. These energies can help to boost your body and keep your mind and soul strong.

Root Chakra

The Root chakra is located in the tailbone and at the end of the spine. This is the chakra that deals with independence, food, and money.

When this chakra is unbalanced, it can make you feel that you cannot motivate yourself to do things. Since the root chakra is associated with the color red, there are foods that you can eat such as:

Solar Plexus Chakra

The Solar Plexus Chakra is located in the stomach area and helps to give you energy and helps you to be able to be strong and confident. If your chakra is unbalanced, you will feel out of control and depressed.

The Solar Plexus is based around the yellow color and so here are some foods that can boost this chakra:

Heart Chakra

The heart chakra is located in the middle of the chest and is what helps you to know your love, joy, compassion, kindness and more. If you feel that you are not able to express your emotions or you are battling with unforgiveness you might have a blocked heart chakra.

The heart chakra is based on the color green and pink and so here are some foods you can eat to boost the heart chakra:

Throat Chakra

The next chakra, the throat chakra is located in your throat. This is where you are able to be in control of what you say, to speak truth and to communicate with others.

In order to unblock your throat chakra, remember it has to do with the color purple and here are some foods you can eat:

Third Eye Chakra

The third eye chakra is located in the middle of the forehead and it is the chakra that helps you to increase your psychic giftings. This is where your intuition lies and when your third eye is strong, you will be able to forgive others, see visions, talk to your guides and more.

When your third eye is blocked, it can make you miss out on what the spirit world is trying to tell you. If you want to unblock your third eye chakra, it is associated with the color purple and violet and here are some foods you can eat to strengthen it:

Crown Chakra

The last chakra is the crown chakra. This is located at the top of the head. This is where you get all of your spirituality from and where you can reach your higher self. You can keep this chakra strong by meditating.

Since this is the energy center, there are no foods that can make this balanced, but you can do things such as going out in nature, drinking water, and meditating often.
