Science has looked at meditation and has found that there are many benefits to it but mostly it affects your spiritual being. Since your spiritual self is something that you cannot weigh or measure, there is no way to really say how much or how it affects your spirituality, but it does.

  • Visions.
  • Feeling something with you.
  • Transcendence

No matter what you feel when you connect or if you feel nothing, you should never try to force it. Meditation is easy to do once you learn to be able to get into a meditative state. Some people have a harder time getting there and they have to learn to be patient because everyone is their own individual.

You should never try to force or rush this kind of meditation.

People have often had awakenings after they meditate, and this is when they can change their conscious thinking and reach a different level in their soul.

This can happen when your life is changing or when you want to go through your awakening and so you make sure to align your thoughts and actions together. There is no scientific evidence of spiritual awakenings.
